1. Who we are

TCS Web is a web development practice operated by Text Craft Studio ("we", "our", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit web.textcraftstudio.com or submit our project brief, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information you give us, plus minimal technical data needed to operate the site.

• Brief and contact submissions. When you fill the project brief or contact us, we receive the fields you submit (name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp, business details, project preferences). Submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and stored in their dashboard plus delivered to our email.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may log your IP address, user-agent, requested URL and timestamp for standard security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Cookies. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Some essential third-party services (e.g. Google Fonts) may set technical cookies on their own domains.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and timeline, and deliver the project you commission.
• To send project-related updates by the channel you specified (email, WhatsApp).
• To keep the site working safely and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing unrelated to your inquiry.

4. Third parties we use

• Formspree - form submissions and brief storage.
• Google Fonts - typeface delivery.
• WhatsApp / Meta - if you message us via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by Meta's terms.
• Hosting provider - serves the static site and writes server logs.

5. How long we keep your data

Brief submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to deliver the project plus a reasonable period afterward for support and accounting. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Where data is stored

Submissions are stored on Formspree (United States) and on our team's email service. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider. Cross-border transfers may apply depending on your location.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you may request:

• Access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data.
• A copy of your data in machine-readable form.
• To opt out of any further communication.

8. Children

The site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
